The bone-in Leg of lamb is the traditional roast for holidays, special occasions and whenever you want to serve a crowd. Our leg of lamb is the prime center section of leg. The rump and shank have been removed from the small and medium legs for easier cooking resulting in a higher meat to bone ratio. The large option has the shanks in tack.

  • Small:  3.25 lbs (Serves 3-4)
  • Medium:  3.60 lbs (Serves 4-5)
  • Large: 4.62 lbs (Serves 5-7)
