The bone-in Leg of lamb is the traditional roast for holidays, special occasions and whenever you want to serve a crowd. Our leg of lamb is the prime center section of leg. The rump and shank have been removed from the small and medium legs for easier cooking resulting in a higher meat to bone ratio. The large option has the shanks in tack.
