Kidney –  Lamb kidneys are nutritious and delicious. Lamb kidneys are prized for their tenderness and delicate flavor.  2 Lamb Kidneys

Liver – Liver in not only tender and delicate flavored, but it is full of many important nutrients. Liver is rich in iron and Vitamin A and has an unabashed flavor that nicely complements that of its usual companion, onion. Liver can be cooked by grilling or sautéing it, but it becomes very tough if it’s cooked beyond medium rare. Since liver has very little fat, you might want to baste it. Cats and Dogs love it too.  Livers packaged individually.
Weight range 1.1 – 1.5  lb.

Heart – Lamb heart is highly nutritious, delicately flavored and delicious when sautéd or grilled until it’s medium rare. a 1 to a package. Approximately .30 lbs.

Tongue – Lamb tongue is lean, meaty, tender and versatile. It works well in sandwiches, tacos, and casseroles. To prepare, boil it in a stockpot, then plunge it in cold water and peel off the skin and trim the base of gristle and fat. You can then serve as desired. Often tongue is cut into thin slices and served hot or cold.   1 tongue per package, approximately .50 lbs.

Fries – The fries are the testicles of a male lamb. These are most commonly fried for a delicious treat. 2 per package.
